Return Eligibility:
   - Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
   - The Fortis must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
   - Original proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please email Contact@innmanufacturing.com
   - Ensure that the Fortis is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Inspection and Refund:
   - Upon receiving the returned Fortis, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
   - If the return is approved, we will process a refund using the original payment method within five business days.
   - Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges incurred.

Exchanges: 
   - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your Fortis for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions:
   - Customized or modified Fortis tooling may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
   - Returns of Fortis purchased from third-party retailers or distributors must be handled through the original point of purchase.
