How we Excel

At Innovated Manufacturing, quality starts with the choices we make, and that includes who we work with. Our industry partners play a critical role in helping us build systems that are both reliable and refined. From precision-cut aluminum to high-performance pneumatics and hand-built, automotive-grade wiring harnesses, every component we use is sourced with purpose.

We rely on trusted suppliers who understand our standards and share our commitment to durability, consistency, and clean design. And when a part doesn’t exist that meets those standards, we build it ourselves. True performance comes from collaboration, and our partners help us deliver nothing less than excellence.

Built with Purpose

Innovated Manufacturing was never meant to follow the standard playbook. We are not here to chase tax breaks, boost our image, or treat giving back as a marketing move. From the beginning, we’ve put our time, tools, and energy into work that makes a difference. Quietly, consistently, and without expecting anything in return. Over time, that effort has grown into something real, showing that impact doesn’t need to be flashy to be sustainable.

We believe in creating real opportunities for people who are often overlooked. The small businesses that power our economy, provide meaningful jobs, and support our families and communities. As a company, we do not cater to shareholders. We stay true to our values, focused on what’s right and what makes a lasting difference.

This is not a critique of others or an attempt to stand above. It is a reminder that people should come before profits. As we keep building, keep improving, and keep challenging what is considered normal, maybe others will do the same. Maybe we can make life just a little better, one day at a time.

NRA Education & Training Spotlight

What started as a simple day at the range turned into something unforgettable. When Jacob Gates Ehlers, a Life Scout who uses a wheelchair, wanted to shoot at Camp Frank S. Betz, a team of Eagle Scouts and VEX robotics students stepped up. They built a custom robotic mount that let Jacob aim and fire a .22 rifle using just a joystick and a button. It gave him control in a way that felt personal and powerful.

It began with a few 3D prints and a shared idea. When Jacob finally hit his target on his own, the crowd didn’t just cheer. They saw what happens when community and creativity come together. Moments like this are why we show up.

Purdue NW Baja Racing

Purdue Northwest Baja Racing is a student-led team that designs, fabricates, and competes with their own off-road vehicle. Every part is student-built, combining engineering, strategy, and long hours in the shop to create something built to perform under pressure.

We were proud to support their efforts as they prepared for national competition. From overcoming design challenges to funding travel and registration, the team showed what happens when dedication meets opportunity. It’s projects like these that show how far hands-on learning can go with the right support behind it.

This year, we had the privilege of sponsoring River Forest Baseball. Seeing the team decked out in custom hoodies with our name was more than just a great photo — it was a reflection of shared values.

River Forest Baseball represents everything youth sports should stand for: hard work, leadership, and learning to show up for each other. From the first pitch to the final inning, these kids embody the kind of spirit that builds character on and off the field. We’re proud to support a program that’s shaping the next generation, one game at a time.

The Road to Success

Every part of what we build today is rooted in years of hands-on development, problem solving, and refinement. This timeline outlines the key moments that shaped Innovated Manufacturing, from early groundwork to production, expansion, and everything still ahead.

Untitled design (32).png

Our Foundation

Before we officially formed Innovated Manufacturing, we had already spent several years developing and testing automation systems. This early work was driven by a clear goal: to create solutions that were practical, reliable, and easier to deploy than what was commonly available. That foundation allowed us to launch with proven designs and a clear understanding of how to improve automation from the ground up.

Untitled design (34).png

Established in 2022

With a strong foundation already in place, we launched the company to bring our systems to market and scale production. From day one, we focused on building tools that streamline automation, reduce complexity, and hold up under real-world conditions. Our early development gave us a head start, and we’ve been moving quickly ever since.

Untitled design (35).png

Tested in the Field

We didn’t test in theory. We tested in production. Our systems were validated in active manufacturing environments where performance mattered and downtime was not an option. Real-world testing gave us data we could trust and insights that shaped how we refined every feature, interface, and connection point.

Untitled design (36).png

Software Built In-House

To support our systems, we built our own backend. Our internal platform handles quoting, job tracking, document management, and cost analysis with full visibility. It was developed to streamline operations and reduce friction, giving us better control over quality, timing, and decision-making across every project.

Untitled design (37).png

First Shipments Go Out

Once validation was complete, we moved to production. Our first shipments went out with the same attention to detail we brought to prototyping. Every unit was tracked, inspected, and delivered to meet the performance expectations we set internally, because good enough wasn’t part of the plan.

Untitled design (38).png

Expansion Begins

We expanded beyond core systems to support the entire automation workflow. That meant developing modular tooling kits, pneumatic accessories, and the full Control Stand Ecosystem, along with anything else we could bring in-house. Each addition was built for real deployment speed, reliability, and seamless integration, removing the need for makeshift solutions or third-party add-ons.

Untitled design (39).png

Built to Scale

As demand grew, it became clear that scaling production wasn’t just about volume. It was about space, infrastructure, and long-term capacity. That led to the development of our new 16,000 square foot facility, purpose-built to support high-volume manufacturing, streamlined logistics, and expanded R&D. It’s more than a building, it’s the foundation for our next phase of growth.

Untitled design (40).png

Expanding Capabilities

With more space came more opportunity. We’ve expanded our capabilities across the board, from advanced manufacturing and in-house wire processing to dedicated R&D for future systems. Every new addition is designed to increase output, improve quality control, and shorten development cycles. As our facility grows, so does our ability to build faster, smarter, and at a higher standard.

Untitled design (42).png

The Road Ahead

The foundation is set. Over the next two years, we’re releasing a full lineup of products . Each one is built to remove barriers, speed up deployment, and raise the standard for what automation should look like in practice. Alongside these launches, we’re investing heavily in new platforms and technologies, advancing what’s possible through tighter integration, smarter design, and continued in-house innovation.

We’re not here to keep up with the industry. We’re here to move it forward.

I’ve always believed that automation should be smarter, not harder—and that’s exactly why I Co-Founded Innovated Manufacturing. I’ve spent years working with robot integration, 3D printing, and custom tooling, and one thing has always been clear: manufacturers need solutions that actually make their lives easier.

At Innovated Manufacturing, we’re not just building tooling and automation systems—we’re solving the problems that slow production down. Whether it’s eliminating long lead times, cutting unnecessary costs, or creating modular solutions that work right out of the box, our goal is to make automation as intuitive and efficient as possible. We’re constantly refining and expanding our solutions to help manufacturers work faster, smarter, and with fewer headaches.

At the end of the day, I’m not here just to sell a product—I’m here to make automation something that works for you, not against you.

Whether I was competing in sports or arguing with my brother, I've always strived to be the best version of myself while staying true to who I am. Growing up, I was involved in wrestling, baseball, football, and boxing. From middle school through freshman year, I even ran my own competitive gaming organization across two of the biggest game titles at the time. Although I wasn't a perfect leader, this experience taught me valuable lessons in professional communication and how to recruit players for my team while maintaining a brand image.

At Innovated Manufacturing, I can portray the skills I have learned with the added space to continue growing. My role here is maintaining a company image that we are all proud to say we're a part of, and building relationships that benefit both parties.
