WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Innovated Manufacturing ("we," "us," or "our") provides warranty coverage for its products, including Our Kits, Tooling, and Custom Tooling. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

DEFINITIONS
To ensure clarity, the following terms are defined for this Warranty Policy:

  • Normal Use: Refers to the use of products according to the instructions, guidelines, and recommended environments provided by Innovated Manufacturing.

  • Extreme Environments: Temperatures below -10°F or above 120°F, as well as exposure to corrosive, highly humid, or high-pressure conditions not recommended for product use.

  • Extreme Payloads: Loads exceeding the maximum weight, force, or stress limits specified in the product documentation.

  • Final Day of Integration: The last day Innovated Manufacturing personnel are physically present to complete integration services at the customer’s location.

  • Parts Intended to Fail: Components specifically designed to be replaceable or sacrificial, such as breakaway or consumable parts, where failure is expected as part of normal operation.

  • Recommended Use: The usage of products in line with Innovated Manufacturing's operational guidelines, specifications, and intended applications outlined in the product documentation.



WARRANTY COVERAGE OF TOOLING, KITS, AND CUSTOM TOOLING

  • Standard Warranty:

    • We stand by the quality of our products and offer a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the original purchase date.
       

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Performance issues directly attributable to product defects.

  • Product failure from recommended use.
     

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance.

  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.

  • Damage caused by extreme use cases, such as:

    • Extreme environments 

    • Extreme payloads.

       

WARRANTY COVERAGE OF ROBOT INTEGRATION

  • Standard Warranty:

    • ​We offer a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the final day of integration (the last day we are physically present to perform integration services).
       

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Performance issues directly attributable to product/integration.

  • Product failure from recommended use.
     

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance.

  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.

  • Damage caused by extreme use cases, such as:

    • Extreme environments

    • Extreme payloads.

       

WARRANTY COVERAGE OF BULK PRODUCTION

  • Standard Warranty:

    • We offer a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 month from the ship date.


This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Performance issues directly attributable to product/integration.

  • Part failure from recommended use.
     

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance.

  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.

  • Parts intended to fail.


 
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
 

  • ​​Contact Us: Email us at Support@innmanufacturing.com with your original proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.

  • Inspection: We may request additional information, photos, or a return of the product for inspection.

  • ​Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.



CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection unless the defect is determined to be our responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe transit.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly.
